Don't Believe the Hype!
With as many body wraps that I have tried, I can say that when you're being taped up they're measuring you losely to create the illusion that when they measure you upon completion it appears that you've lost inches all over. Just make sure you've measured yourself prior to leaving your home. Test this theory of mine out for yourself if you don't believe me. Tell me if you don't measure the same.
Now it's possible, maybe even factual, that a person can come down inches after a few sessions, but I wouldn't be so quick to assume that it's ok to wait till the last minute to get a wrap to save you from failing a physical fitness test or to fit into a dress the day of an event.
I would say body wraps would be beneficial for those who are actively doing what they have to do to lose weight and want to tighten up as they progress... This is, I believe, would be a great aid to use in conjunction with transforming yourself to a healthier you. And something that could be beneficial over time.
I am way too claustrophobic to try a wrap. I would freak out. HA
